You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x111cm platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

x111cm's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x111cm account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either you or x111cm may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the x111cm support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
